Shipment Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

If we experience delays beyond this timeframe, customers will be notified using the contact information provided at checkout.

If an order is not shipped within 5 business days, we will notify the customer and provide available options, which may include:

  • Continued processing

  • Item substitution

  • Cancellation and refund (if applicable)


Shipping Days

Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday.

Shipping and pickups are generally not available on holidays but may be possible by request and subject to approval.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times provided by carriers are not guaranteed and are subject to change based on carrier performance.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer shipping through the following carriers (availability may vary based on location and service selection):

Order Tracking

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

M Lou Closet is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

M Lou Closet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in possession of the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


Damaged Items During Shipping

M Lou Closet is not liable for items damaged during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Retain all original packaging and damaged items

  2. Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim

Customs, Duties & Taxes

M Lou Closet is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
